TERMINATION. Steven S. Stearns has the right to instantly terminate service for excessive bandwidth usage. Average bandwidth usage should not exceed 800MB over any three day period. Also, the User cannot directly link to any content on our site to download media files. No usage of special download programs may be used to download multiple media files at the same time.

Steven S. Stearns reserves the right to cancel service for any reason without prior notice.

INDEMNIFICATION. I release Steven S. Stearns, all assignees and associates of any and all liability in conjunction with my use of this site.

I understand that the services provided by Steven S. Stearns are "as is" and "with all faults." Steve Stearns makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the quality, safety or suitability of the services, either express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. In no event will Steven S. Stearns, all assignees and associates, be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages however they may arise and even if Steven S.
